Terms & Conditions

Last updated 28 June 2026
These Terms are legally binding. They cover who we are, what the app does, the ₹100 unlock and its satisfaction refund, the optional Plus subscription, your responsibilities, and the limits of our liability. Please read them.

1. Who we are

The Maximoney app is operated by Maximoney Technologies Pvt. Ltd., a company incorporated in India. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. You must be 18 or older and resident in India to use Maximoney.

2. What the service does

With your consent, Maximoney analyses your financial information — including your credit data, and the financial and credit signals you allow us to read — to surface savings and credit-health insights across loans, cards, investments, taxes, insurance and idle savings, and to help you act on them.

Maximoney is not a lender, broker or financial adviser. We surface options from regulated partners and you decide whether to act. Any savings figures we show are estimates based on the data available, not guarantees or financial advice.

3. The ₹100 unlock and satisfaction refund

A one-time ₹100 charge unlocks the recommended fixes we find for you. This is a real charge, not a deposit.

It is backed by a no-questions-asked refund if you are not satisfied, requested within the period stated in the app. This is a satisfaction guarantee — it is not an automatic or universal refund, and the ₹100 is not returned to every user by default.

4. Maximoney Plus subscription

Maximoney Plus is an optional paid subscription that adds always-on monitoring and done-for-you switches. It renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in the app; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Except where the law requires otherwise, part-period charges are not pro-rated.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your details up to date. Where the app asks for consent to access data— such as your credit information, device SMS, or device and app signals — you are responsible for granting only the access you intend, and you may withdraw it at any time.

Keep your login credentials secure, and do not misuse, reverse-engineer, overload or disrupt the service. You remain responsible for the decisions you take based on the options we present.

6. Third-party partners

Your credit data is fetched from an RBI-regulated credit-information / data partner, and offers or switches may be completed with regulated lending and financial partners. We also rely on service providers such as our SMS gateway, cloud hosting and analytics providers.

These partners and providers have their own terms and make their own decisions about pricing and eligibility. We are not responsible for their products, decisions or pricing.

7. Limitation of liability

Savings and credit-health figures are estimates based on the data available and are not guaranteed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maximoney is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the fees you have paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms from time to time and will notify you of material changes. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any rights you have under applicable law.
